The past six months involved rewriting passages for clarity. It involved re-scripting for the dues reorganization accomplished March 1, 2001. Nel and Glenn worked together for the static pages (ending in ".htm") while the interactive pages (ending in ".asp") were handled between Nel and Ken Signorello. While we are dedicated to perfection, critics are always welcome and frequently point out our errors, which are corrected, typically within 12 hours.

I am a writer by trade, a piece you wrote for a website on a difficult insurance subject (http://www.ussailing.org/membership/Insurance/index.htm), made insurance understandable to a layman like me. I was first surprised, because the web site is not only significant for its types of information available, the manner presented is well laid out and the colors are complimentary. The real key is that it takes you right to the issue you need to learn. Content was superior, and the ease of reading makes understanding it simple. The examples you made brought it home. Great communication skills. The two level approach allows experienced people to do a quick review, while the novice can take the next step and learn the detail. Really well done. It left little to the imagination and all can find it beneficial.
