US Sailing and Leukemia Cup Regatta, a series of 45 sailing events taking place throughout North America benefitting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), have partnered to create a new Membership Program. Through this new partnership, US Sailing aims to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s mission to cure all forms of blood cancer by inspiring its members to support and participate in Leukemia Cup Regattas around the country.
US Sailing will be supporting our members who are participating in Leukemia Cup Regattas with their fundraising efforts. For every person who joins or renews their US Sailing membership through the Leukemia Cup Regatta program, $10 of their membership will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and will be allocated directly to their fundraising website. So, before they go out and ask for support from their friends, family and contacts, they will have the support of US Sailing.
Leukemia Cup Regatta fundraising helps support life-saving research and patient services, bringing hope to patients and their families. Since the inception of the Leukemia Cup Regatta in 1988, over $70 million has been raised to help advance the Leukemia Lymphoma & Society’s mission.
